To Return an Item - Send the item you would like to return with your packing slip or, if you misplaced it, please include a note with your name, address, telephone number and the reason for the return. Choose the shipper of your choice and return to our shipping address. Insure the package and keep the receipt until your order has been processed. Sorry, but we can not accept COD returns.

Exchanges - Please include a note explaining the reason for the exchange. If you would like to expedite your exchange, contact customer service and place a new order for the merchandise you would like to receive. We will need to charge you for the new order, but if you mention that it is a replacement order, we will waive the outgoing shipping charge. If you decide to order exchange merchandise separately, be sure to specify that you would like a refund when you send your merchandise back.

Repair Services - When your boot soles don’t grip as well as they used to, send them back to our repair center where our craftsman will refurbish your boots for years of additional use for less than half the cost of a new pair. Pac boots get new rubber bottoms, new liners and laces, and mountain boots, get new outsoles and laces. Return your boots to the US repair center at:

Backorders - We make every effort to keep all of the items that we offer in-stock, but ocasionally, we are temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, we will notify you of the backorder, and make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. We will not automatically cancel your order unless you ask us to.
